Alpaca Fur is one of the softest, most luxurious and finest fibres available in the world, recognised to be rarer and softer than cashmere. Alpaca fibre dates back to the Inca Empire where it was reserved for the Imperial family and the aristocracy.
It is over five times softer, warmer, lighter and stronger than any comparable fibre, yet as durable as sheepskin. It is also naturally hypoallergenic and lanolin free. Today alpaca fibre is used by the most exclusive fashion designers including Fendi, Ralph Lauren, Max Mara.
